工作說明：

Primary Duties:

1.Executes the supplier improvement strategy.

2.Drives supplier performance on quality and delivery.

3.Communicates extensively with suppliers to foster a positive partnership while assuring compliance to SRAM’s drawings, specifications, and purchase orders.

4.Conducts supplier quality system, process, and product audits.

5.Fully understands, interprets, and audits to ISO 9001:2008.

6.Works with supplier on process evaluation and continuous improvement.

7.Leads team(s) on root cause analysis for quality issues.

8.Assists supplier with INS and PCV submissions.

9.Reviews Control Plans and other supplier documentation for adequacy.

10.Support Supplier Qualification/Approval and problem resolution.

11.Determines training needs and provides training as required. The goal is to refine and enhance supplier’s processes by applying continuous improvement principles and techniques.

附加條件：

Minimum Requirements for Position:

1.Four year engineering degree (industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing preferred).

2.Experience in auditing.

3.Must have 4 to 6 years’ experience in Supplier Quality Assurance in a manufacturing setting.

4.Must have solid understand of ISO 9001 management system. Certification as internal auditor or lead assessor preferred.

5.Good communication skills in both oral and written English.

6.Ability to read and interpret blueprints including GD&T callouts.

7.Knowledge of purchasing and sourcing activities.

8.Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

9.Knowledgeable with hands on experience in the following tools:

Cpk/Ppk, GR&R, SPC, Control Plans, Sampling Plans, 5S, Statistical Analysis, 5 why’s, Root Cause analysis, Error Proofing, Cause and Effect Diagrams, PDCA, Pareto Analysis, etc.
