About Our Client

Our Client is a multinational manufacturer, they provide technical services across more than 90 countries, and were chosen by some famous brands, such as Nike and New Balance. Currently, they are seeking a HR manager to develop more talents in Taiwan.

Job Description

*Manage benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, pension plans and employee assistance.

*Responsible for driving and executing all HR affairs, which include Benefits, Training and Recruitment Program.

*Secure all the personal files, and constantly update the files.

*Develop effective training and development programs to ensure HR department can reach objectives of top management.

*Execute the staff training, also evaluate staff‘s performance.

The Successful Applicant

*Prior 5 years of relevant working experience.

*Bachelor Degree in HR or related fields

*PHR or SPHR Certification would be a plus
