*****Citi MA Program*****

The Citi Management Associate (MA) Program is a global initiative by Citi to develop high potential individuals who have graduated from top universities and graduate schools around the world. The purpose of the program is to provide the Management Associates (MAs) with the necessary experience, valuable exposure and integrated education to equip them with the skills to become Citi’s future leaders.



The 12-month Taiwan MA Program typically begins with business rotation, and supported with training & development, mentoring and buddy support and overseas training. MAs are also encouraged to lead and participate in various Citi events to gain exposure and build leadership skills. A mid-term and final presentation are included as part of each MA’s performance evaluation throughout the program.

MA training will be planned and executed from the viewpoint of developing a pool of talents for the bank.
