工作說明：

1. Bachelor degree is MUST in major MIS,MBA is prefer.

2. Conduct managerial works to MIS department (both TWN and PRC sites),15 years experience and focus in IT management fields. Experience of large firm’s Information structure and Information management system with multiple site internationally.

3. Experience with network structure with serve 500+ end users in both ERP and MES systems.

4. Familiar with popular ERP system and able to initiate user demands through demonstrations, trail run and go live stage.

5. Be able to evaluate existing ERP system Vs. Mfg. and operation process to provide recommendations for system upgrade.

6. Experience in management MIS teams through highly skilled management technique.Enhance both TWN and PRC MIS teams’ capability in terms of system analysis, programming, project management, and other related professional skills.

7. Experience of managing all types of MIS systems (ERP, MES, OA, BI, etc. ) .

8.The position is located in China. China Management experience is MUST

9. Strong English Reading and Writing. Speaking is prefer

10. good presentation and report organization skills.
