工作說明：: ● Plan and Execution of Marketing Strategy and Activity

Define annual market plan based on Brand strategy and guideline

Plan and execution of annual media and communication plan to strengthen brand exposure and position.

To monitor and make sure all marketing activity and material follow Brand guideline and rule with good quality.

Build up good relationship with key media and customers (including retailer).

Monitor and supervise CRM program/Advertising/PR Agency to insure effective and efficiency with min. cost.

Franchise boutique shop design/opening event/monthly promotion plan and execution, CRM project planning and execution.

●A&P Budget Allocation and Control

Based on annual market plan, develop the entire details plan.

Plan all the A&P budget allocation according to Brand strategy and guideline.

Monthly up-date A&P and reporting to BM and HQ

●Special Projects/Events Management

Monitor and control budget and spending, oversee and supervise program, progress, standard and quality.

For specific and national projects/events – create, plan and prepare concept and budget.

Negotiate and coordinate with related parties, including other markets, offices and internal divisions

Assign and allocate manpower and responsibilities.

●Coordination and developing trade promotion for both retail and wholesales

Render marketing related assistance and recommendation to wholesale and Retail Divisions, develop trade promotion for both retail and wholesales.

Contact and inform Sales, BM and HQ Brand for updated marketing activities and news/information.
