工作說明:


Responsibilities:

?Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by reviewing and analyzing market data, recommending marketing and sales strategic plan, and executing action plans. Implement production, productivity, quality and service delivery standards to ensure it’s in line with corporate’s guidelines and compliance. Identify opportunities through market trends and insights, determine system improvements and contingency plan in order to react to the on-going changes.

?Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales budget / target for the regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.

?Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.

?Identify marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements and behavior; defining market, competitor‘s share, and competitor‘s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share, positioning and branding.

?Improve product marketability and profitability through researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities. Be creative and innovative in product packaging improvement and new product development.

?Generate leads and build good relationship with corporate clients such as airlines, banks and travel agents.

?Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

?Protect organization‘s value by keeping information confidential.

?Update job knowledge by attending seminar / social networking functions; reading professional publications; reaching out and maintaining personal networks.

?Accomplish marketing and organization’s mission and value by completing related results as needed.

Requirements:

?Degree in Marketing or Business related disciplines.

?Minimum 7 years all-round experience in Sales & Marketing in Multi-national corporations.

?Solid working experience in hospitality, Tourism, Food & Beverage industries is an advantage.

?Well-connected in local market, strong know-how to get around in order to achieve company goals.

?Excellent spoken and written English.

?Presentable, proactive, multi-tasking, independent, result-orientated, detail-minded, analytical-minded, business-minded, determined, creative and innovative, able to think outside the box.

?Strong sense of urgency, with excellent problem-solving, negotiation, interpersonal & communication skills.

?Flexible for travelling.

?Work location: Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport
