工作說明：: - Manage pharmacy operations and performing administrative duties.

- Provide information and advice regarding drug interactions，

side effec帖， dosage and proper medication storage.

- Maintain proper record of pharmacy licence，prescription

record in the system，drug inventory system and controlled drug register﹒

- Plan，implement and maintain procedures for maxing，packaging and labeling pharmaceuticals，according to policy and legal requirements，to ensure quality，securitγand proper disposal.

- Dispense medications to Econ Nursing Home/ Medicare

Centre

* order entires of individual patient medication based on order by fax or email

* generate medicine instruction label

* pack the medicine and arrange dispatch to individual homes/

centres

- Dispense medicine to patients in accordance to the instructions prepared by doctors

- purchase of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies，maintaining

proper stock level and storage conditions

- collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan，monito，review and evaluate the quality and effectivene_ss_of drugs and drug regiments，providing advice on drug applications and characteristics

- Supplement medications of the doctors in charge of econ homes and centres

- recall and replace all expired drugs in the hospital and dispose off them in accordance to the written protocol for disposal

- provide medical supplies to the onsite clinic and A&E
