工作說明：

--Manage the recruitment needs and staffing issues for the affiliate

--Work with senior management to define projective staffing needs, present and future, and to develop recruitment strategies

-Manage full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, assessment, presenting and closing qualified candidates

-Establish talent pools, build long-term partnership with head hunters and maintain a network with high potential candidate

--Ensure that the company’s image is reflected in the people hired and promoted

--Drive an efficient, consistent hiring process from start to finish, including driving best practices in hiring process and hiring decisions, interview techniques, number of interviews, best channels, etc.

--Maintain visibility/transparency into recruiting activity including time to fill and cost per hire, hiring manager satisfaction
