工作說明：

- Arrange general service

- Control furniture and fitting and physical count

- Coordinate for the visitor / new comers matters

- Review and maintain the ADM related policy and Policy in PACT managing

- Responsible for implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedure in day to day ADM activities.

- Responsible for reporting all incidents according to the Incident Management system

- Coordinate the leave and termination records with Branch HR

- Centralize and custody the related agreements, including IT maintenance, market data

- Daily, Weekly & Monthly expense claim and other related tasks

- Be as the BCP project in-charge person for BCP documentation

- First Aid (CPR) & labor safety – Licensed person
