- 工作說明：
- ?Enhance and maintain business strategic relationships between Supply Management business groups.
?Organize and lead strategic sourcing activities for more cost reduction opportunity.
?Develop and implement middle and long term Equipment procurement strategies as well as Supplier Relation Management.
?Work with engineers to understand the requirements in terms of support Asia sourcing activities
?Familiar with Asia supplier pool and coordinate for engineers
?Lead the bidding process and set up the supplier selection criteria and pick up the best supplier with reasonable price thru out competitive bidding and price negotiation.
?Manage supplier after post award
?Ensure supplier base IAP (Intellectual Asset protection).
?Develop and review specifications, statements of work, performances terms and accept/reject criteria.
?Conduct negotiations with potential and/or current major suppliers to obtain maximum value.
?Ensures Global Buying Policy compliance - 工作地點：

- 4.Good sourcing skill for localization
- 5. Japanese language is a plus.
