工作說明：


1.Understand the business requirements; design, build and deploy IS solutions and services; provide maintenance and support.

2.Maximize the exploitation of sales systems, and partner with Regional / Local process owners to streamline business processes for better return on investment and productivity improvement.

3.Understand business‘ needs and conduct analysis, development and deployment of global/Regional/Local application systems in compliance with Philip Morris policies and procedures.

4.Deep understanding of the sales strategy and sales operations to be able to effectively identify information required by the business

5.Communicate with various levels of sales & marketing organization to understand the business objectives, process, requirements and technical needs.

6.Analyze and define proper business process, procedure and user requirements to meet business objectives. Develop and translate business requirements into functional specifications in accordance with agreed conceptual design.

7.Understand global IS Sales & Marketing solutions. Manage and organize end-user, power-user and system trainings on implementation.

8.Provide maintenance and support for local and global IS system solutions;

9.Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solutions and services

1.University graduate or above in IT or related majors


2.Minimum 8 years in Information Systems, business application design & development


3.Minimum 2 years of project management and business knowledge in Sales functions in consumer product industry.


4.Fluent in both spoken and written English


5.Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)


6.Superior business/system analysis & project management skills


7.Familiar with the Data Warehouse architecture and ETL process


8.Mobile application implementation is a plus


9.Programming skill specific to MS SQL scripts, ASP.NET is a plus


10.Microsoft SQL database administration skills.


11.Experienced in sales information analysis, web application design. BI knowledge & BI Tools is a plus
