工作說明：: SSGM OPERATIONS TAIPEI CONTRACTOR JOB DESCRIPTION

OVERVIEW

Reporting to SSGM Operations Manager Taiwan, the contractor of Taiwan team is responsible for assisting the processing and accuracy of confirmation / settlement for FX/MM and derivative trades in a timely manner, local regulatory reporting and account balance reconciliation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Assist to process the day-to-day Taiwan Operations team in the support of local trading and sales activities

* Assist to prepare the FX exchange memo, FX declaration form and relevant supporting documents, and also verify the correctness of the above mentioned documents.

* Assist to monitor the complete transaction process from trader / sales input to the settlement of trade, in order to ensure all transactions originating from the trading desk have been correctly captured in WSS and settled on value date

* Assist to ensure all deals are being processed in a timely manner and prior to currency deadlines.

* Assist to monitor Treasury Confirmation Matching system for local trades and follow up with Front Office where necessary.

* Assist to prepare and generate the relevant reports for internal, clients and regulators

* Assist to respond promptly to client (internal/external) concerns, needs and requests

* Assist with providing coverage to FX/MM Confirmations/Settlements and the Operations department during times of increased workload, staff absences and public holidays

* Assist manager to identify ways to improve daily operations processes

* Assist team members in internal or external audit

* Perform other duties as required

The ability to operate effectively while meeting deadlines is essential.; * Bachelor degree or equivalent at least; * 1-2 years of financial services preferred, TABF FX license is a plus; * Market/Product knowledge preferred (FX/MM/Derivatives); * Deadline and detail oriented; * Effective communication and time management skills; * Experience with managing collaborative processes and working across different departments, ensuring other parties keep to deadlines and provide results; * Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities effectively; * Excellent attention to detail; * Good English writing and communication skill required; * A strong attitude for information technology including MS Office and SWIFT; * Flexible approach to work hours
