- Responsibility:
?General finance responsibilities and bank errands
?Liaising with external auditors, tax agents and professional advisors on related matters
?Tax return, ensuring compliance with payment
?Handle yearly statutory reporting and audit
?Perform admin and HR duties
?Perform travel and process expenses claims
?Inventory maintenance – Monthly Stocking Taking
?Follow-up customer’s payment (AR) and credit control
?Maintaining Retail Price for in-house brands
?Managing of suppliers invoices and credit notes
?Managing of in-house purchasing orders
?Managing of suppliers payments
?Strong in exchange rate conversion
?Perform TT (remittance) in foreign currencies
?Maintaining of customer base – Discount group and Retail Price
?Perform travel and process expenses claims
?Ensuring AR, AP, bank reconciliations, journal and general functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner
?Perform other ad-hoc duties when required
?Handling full set of accounts including VAT returns, tax matters and audit matters - 工作地點：
