工作說明：

* Sales Ordering processing and follow up (include schedule sharing, go to customer portal when needed)

* Effective communication with sales people, customers and other key persons.

* Attend to customer's enquiries / requirements & prepare replies / quotations if needed and other support in sales activities in consultation with respective FSA or others.

* Track shipments supply documents to customer when in need.

* Coordinate with customers and finance internal for credit and collection.

* Handles customers' concerns and coordinator in the customer complaint process

* Maintain cost effective operation

* Co-ordination of sample requests when needed

* Other Admin support to sales team when in needed.

* Practise Gore culture
