工作說明:


JOB SUMMARY:

- Achieve the target Revenue for CAG assigned area of North of Taiwan

完成責任區內小動物事業部所有產品的銷售指標

- Execute sales campaign, marketing program and related sales activities for Taiwan-CAG in Veterinary Clinics/Hospitals

在動物診所/醫院執行台灣小動物事業部業務相關產品銷售及推廣活動的執行

- Report to Regional Commercial Manager of North of Taiwan and work with internal colleagues to

improve customer satisfaction and 〝Be One Team to Make Customer Happy〝

彙報給台灣北區業務經理,同時與內部同事一起合作以提高客戶滿意度。達成”同心同德,打造完美客服〝

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Execute professional sales skill to present relevant CAG products feature and benefit to the customers

用專業的銷售技巧向客戶展示小動物事業部所有產品的功能和優勢

- Fulfill or exceed the yearly CAG sales target including instrument and consumable (and Rapid Assay)

target in assigned area.

完成或超標達成小動物事業部年度區域內的銷售目標,包括儀器及耗材(含快速檢測試劑) 的

銷售目標

- Build strong relationship with customers and manage the relationship by understanding and then

fulfilling the customers‘ needs

透過了解及滿足客戶的需要, 建立彼此堅定的合作關係與良好的互動

- Work with marketing team and execute marketing program and event activities.

與行銷部門合作,執行市場行銷項目和活動

- Cooperate with direct Manager and conduct cross-function cooperation to improve customer

Satisfaction through resolve after-sales service to customer.

協同上級主管進行跨部門合作,處理售後服務問題,提升客戶滿意度

- Execute IDEXX money collection activities (including instrument Extend-Maintenance-Agreement

and instrument ).

執行愛德士儀器銷售款項以及保固款項收款任務

- Proactively collect and feedback market information and industry dynamic (include competitor

activities)

積極蒐集和反饋市場訊息和產業動態(包括競爭對手活動)

- Actively develop potential customers and develop new customers to improve the market share in the

region

積極開發潛在客戶和發展新客戶,以提高區域內市場佔有率。

- Execute efficient customer visiting plan and territory management.

有效率的執行客戶拜訪計畫與銷售區域管理



- Generate activity report, potential customer report, Instrument pipeline management, customer case

report management from SFDC

填報公司SFDC匯總系統:包括工作活動,潛在客戶名單,儀器銷售機會,客戶投訴案件

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


EDUCATION:




- Associate college degree or above, major in Medical technology, Veterinary or related medical background.


大專以上學歷,主修獸醫,醫事檢驗或醫事相關學歷背景。




EXPERIENCE:


- At least 2 years of sales experience (including over 1 year of Medical equipment sales experience, Vet or Human Medical industry will be plus).


至少2年以上銷售經驗 (1年以上醫療儀器相關的銷售經驗 , 人醫/獸醫領域相關工作經驗將會加分)。




REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:




- DISC analysis: CS style or CD style


- Positive thinking, aggressive attitude ,high willing to learn and able to learn fast.


主動思考,積極進取,高度學習意願並具備快速學習的能力


- High willingness to take challenge and work under pressure.


願意接受挑戰並能在壓力下工作(抗壓能力)


-Logic thinking, well organize and analytical skill and abilities


邏輯思維,良好的組織和分析技能和能力


- Good relationship, people management and communication skill, listening skill


良好的與人交往的技巧及溝通能力以及傾聽技巧


- General computer software knowledge including Word, Excel, Power Point etc.


熟練操作電腦軟體, 包括Word, Excel, Power Point…等


- Need to have car driving license


需要備有汽車駕照。




PHYSICAL DEMANDS:


Business trip is needed.


偶須出差或參與學會在夜間/假日舉辦的再教育活動
