About Our Client

Job Description

- Make sure systems to be operated smoothly with co-working with the global HQ IT and global help desk

- Manage escalated issues and coordinate support through various IT teams for speedy resolution

- IT support for store and office users throughout the region, which consists of break-fix support and on-site preventative maintenance

- Improve processes to avoid recurring issues and drive stabilization of IT systems

- Manage 3rd party vendor relationships for local IT needs (duties include negotiation, contract management, service management, and invoicing)

- New Store Openings

- Vendor Management

- 維持門市及辦公室的系統穩定運作

- 與總公司之資訊團隊分工合作

- 管理本地之資訊協力廠商

- 支援門市擴點

The Successful Applicant

- Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent major

- Professional experience in retail IT systems

- IT project management experience

- Understandings of OS, network, server and general IT troubleshooting

- Communication in English & local language.

- 資訊相關背景科系

- 具零售業之產業經驗為佳

- 資訊專案管理經驗

- 中文及英文溝通能力
