- 工作說明：
- The duties and responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to, interacting directly with customers to advise, consult, and inform in the design of their application using NI’s line of core products and services by:
-Providing technical advice to enquiries from customers and discussing their application via phone and/or email.
-Listening for, identifying and communicating customer needs and requirements.
-Making outbound calls to customers that have registered an interest in NI products through our website, NI seminars and industrial tradeshows.
-Using the whole sales and engineering team to best solve the customers’ application. This includes liaising with other Application Engineers and booking visits between Field Sales Engineers and the customer.
-Generate quotations for products and systems based on the technical advice provided.
-Following up quotations that have been generated and progressing the sale.
-Keeping accurate records of all enquiries, ensuring interactions with customers (quotes, phone calls, emails, leads) are recorded in the systems that we use (Oracle).
-Deal with other queries from customers or from NI staff.
-Present at trade shows, technical seminars and other marketing events alongside other Application Engineers, Marketing Engineers and Field Sales Engineers.
-Participate in, and contribute to, regular internal training, meetings and recruitment activities.
-Attend visits with Field Sales Engineers on a periodic basis.
-Participate in technical and business projects within Application Engineer. - 工作地點：

- -Majored in electrical engineering, communication engineering related field and familiar with Baseband system architecture.
- -Must be able to handle multiple tasks and enjoy working with people.
- -Strong problem solving skills to analyse problem and think creatively to provide a solution.
- -Superior telephone etiquette and ability to deal effectively with customers to make them successful is essential.
- -Ability to get along with others and function as a team player as well as work effectively alone.
- -A proactive/can do attitude is vital.
- -Sales experience in business to business (B2B) preferred.
- -Must hold a full valid Taiwan driving license.
