工作說明：

1.To create and update technical documentation in English, such as quick start guides, user guides, service manual, including creating text and graphic information in World format and generating PDF and HTML documentation.

2.Work extensively on the product and gather required information from available sources to understand the technical details and functionality to be documented.

3.Provide clear and concise descriptions of products, features, updates, processes and procedures.

4.Write technical information for both internal and external audience in a timely manner.

5.Review documentation written by other team member.

6.Translate existing technical documentation when required.

7.Complete other tasks assigned by team leader and manager.

新北市中和區 建一路176號10樓 (遠東世紀廣場科學園區)

附加條件：

1.Good oral English and strong communication ability.

2.Excellent English writing skills.

3.Familiar with authoring and editing tools including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PDF writer.

4.At least 2 years experience as technical writer.

5.Able to work in a fast pace environment solely or as part of a team.

6.Autonomous, resourceful, and quick in learning.

7.Independent, self-disciplined, and willing to work within tight guidelines.

8.Experience in writing for IT fields, in particular data integration, data quality and /or master data management fields, astorng plus.

9.HTML/XML experience, a strong plus.
