工作說明：

1. Active member of factory management team

2. Drive Converting KPI control, follow up and improvement

? Fulfil monthly KPI reporting, and analyze KPI result deviation

? Coordinate periodic KPI review with Factory / Cluster management team

? Drive and monitor KPI deployment action and improvement

3. Product Costing reporting and analysis

? Fulfill monthly requirement on costing (XLC)

? Analyze and follow up product cost deviation

4. Converting Investment Control

? Provide and review business case for converting investment

? Control investment cash flow and deviation analysis

5. Lead annual budgeting (SAB) for factory KPI, product costing, and investment

6. Factory WCM Cost Pillar Leader

? Create CTC cost management system, identify cost drivers and drive impro vement

? Extend loss deployment to auxiliary material and full supply chain

7. Internal Control

? Ensure factory compliance with Tetra Pak China policies and guidelines

? Initiate and follow up control process improvement in factory

?Good command of computer skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint skills, SAP knowledge is preferred

?Being proactive and thinking logically

?Committed and being able to work hard under pressure

?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

?Fluent oral and written English
