工作說明：

The key responsibilities and priorities of the position will include, but not be limited to the following:

1.Providing counseling to RD team regarding opportunities for obtaining intellectual property protection and on other intellectual property matters.

2.Preparing, filing and prosecuting patent applications in the United States and other countries.

3.Drafting and negotiating intellectual property-related agreements.

4.Rendering intellectual property legal opinions on matters such as patent validity and infringement.

5.Managing intellectual property litigation.

附加條件：

?1.Have minimum 5 years relevant experience in intellectual property management and patent filing experience in US.

?2.Have sound knowledge in U.S. patent law, and intellectual property law, etc.

?3.Minimum of 1 year of professional patent law experience in a law firm and/or a corporate legal department

?4.Experience in managing intellectual property litigation in US is a must.

?5.Experience in and/or familiarity with engineering, physics and optical technologies is a plus.

?6.Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized with a good attention to detail mature personality and able to work with people from different backgrounds and cultures

?7.Fluent in both oral and written English communication
