工作說明：

1.HSE:

Review and monitor the reporting procedure and practices be followed, ensure plant operation are comply with local regulation and regional requirement, also lead plant‘s improvement activities to achieve the HSE goals.

2.Production management:

Develop plant’s operation targets linked to the operations division objectives, monitor and review to ensure meeting with the setting performance, also lead the improvements for quality and capacity related, as well as new product development in accordance with market needs.

3.Cost management:

Review and ensure manufacturing performance, costs at an appropriate level in accordance with the financial targets.

4.Maintanance management:

Propose and manage capital investment project, review and monitor the preventive maintance be implemented, ensure manufacturing facilities are available to meet needs of both capacity and costs performance.

5.Qulaity management:

Handle customer visits and complaints, and ensure corrective and preventive actions be implemented accordingly.

6.People management:

Ensure core values are implemented in the respective plant, define subordinates’ Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that is linked with the operations division objectives, and manage their performance, provide coaching and consulting to subordinates for improvement.

7.Organization management:

Involve in regional, 3rd party and internal audit to meet with requirements, ensure all systems be implemented accordingly, also maintain the relationship with local government and residents.

(2)5 years department management experience, comprehend physics on the area of heat transfer, energy consumption and chemical contents.

(3)Good communication skill in both written report and verbalization.
