工作說明：: Job Description

?Supervise and optimize Processes of Bonus & Distributor Relations Team.

?Lead IBO-Related and Ad-hoc Analysis (Bonus, APR, and Other IBO Performances)

?Review/Verify Distributor Related Accountancy Reports and Analysis

?Manage 全行卡、分期、保全、Bank Account Related Affairs

?Recruit, retain and develop qualified talents to cope with long-term business growth and business needs.

?Perform as a Division Personal Information Protection Officer (個資安全官) to ensure that all staffs in the division follow Personal Information Protection SOP and comply with Personal Information Protection Act.

Person Specifications

?Education background:University graduate, major in accounting, finance, business administration or analytical related fields is preferred

?Minimum relevant requirements:5-8 year experiences in accounting/analytical field

?Special Skill Requirement:Good in English writing and reading Excel, PowerPoint, & Word. Strong project management, analysis, and problem solving skills

?Most challenging part of the job:Good communication and interpersonal skills while deal with Distributors to handle customer complaints.
