工作說明：: 1. Secure a mould maker supplier base with capacities and capabilities to meet IKEA demands

2. Continuous improved mould investment routines

3. Total cost of ownership reduction

4. Commercial support and advises to HFBs at various projects

5. Commercial negotiations with mould makers to secure best buy

6. Support to TA teams in mould related technical and commercial discussions and negotiations with suppliers

BD Activities

1.Build up a global tool maker base:

2. Assessment, RFQ, set up goals, follow up tool maker performance KPI, develop mould maker

〝 Ownership of mould standard, optimal design and data base:

o Create optimal mould design on strategic product;

o Mould maker segmentation and classification

o Setup and update mould standard;

o Global tool inventory management

o History record and documentation

〝 Best buy:

o Secure best buy according to TCO

o Quality:

〝 Secure/follow up mould performance at molder.

〝 Ensure after sale service and guaranteed life time.

〝 Secure compliance of Mould standard / standardize components.

o Availability:

〝 Clear demands of our expectation.

〝 Database and benchmark

o Keep and run a date database of moulds to be used as benchmark.

〝 Mould Inventory

o Keep history and track record on the moulds and documentation.
