工作說明：

- Defining, developing, implementing and following-up the content of the overall service product offer for IKEA Taiwan, including strategic planning, pricing, developing service package and communication.

- Enhancing the service offer throughout all IKEA stores so that the customers are aware of the offer, understand what it is, how it is priced and how to buy it.

- Delivering the service product offers and assuring they meet the quality expectations of our customer, for example the goals of customer satisfaction survey.

- Managing and following up the performance of our service providers (for example Home Delivery, and Assembly services), acting on the result and conclusions of the analysis.

- Working with Customer Experience Manager and other functions in Service Office, through the Customer Relations function in the store and with your global matrix to ensure the implementation of the country service product offer, achieving the best possible quality at the lowest price in order to drive sales growth and sustained, long-term profitability.

YOU ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE…

- 5yrs+ working experience on strategic, tactical and operational levels cross-functionally

- The ability to bring out the best in people and to motivate and develop the Customer Relation team

- Compelling communication competence to communicate confidently and clearly both in Mandarin and English

- Experience in the Service sector at all levels is a plus – Operational, Tactical and Strategically
