工作說明：

1. Work directly with ODMs to deliver required products (wireless router, client…) to the company.

2. The Job involves evaluating different HW solutions on the market to pick the right ODM and Partners.

3. Working with Product Marketing to refine the requirements, working with hardware and software development teams and offshore partners to come up with specification and high level design, implementation, testing and delivery.

4. Working with support team on field issues, debugging, analyzing, and working with SW partners/developers to resolve issues.

5. Evaluate specifications and negotiate with ODMs.

6. Serve as primary project manager and technical interface for ODMs on new and existing designs.

附加條件：

1Software/Firmware RD background with WiFi router/AP/repeater (extender) development experience, write programming code involving networking protocol or wireless driver. Familiar with wireless protocol and network protocol so that he can debug issue reported by customers without any problem.

2. Project Management experience – Need to know how to control schedule and handle risk.

3. Good communication – Need to negotiate with internal team and ODMs and drive ODM by his own way to make sure they can do what we want to do.

4. Personality – Open mind, like to talk with others, do things carefully, can still focus under pressure, know how to driver others to do things that we want to do.

5. Good logicality – Have good listening skill to identify what other says is reasonable or not.
